SHIPPING
Each YMNM garment is made to order in London. By producing only what is needed, we minimise waste while ensuring exceptional craftsmanship.
Pre-orders
Collection 0 is available exclusively as a pre-order.
Pre-orders are expected to close in 26 August 2026. Production will begin after the pre-order period ends, with orders expected to ship from London in late September 2026 onwards.
If the production schedule changes for any reason, customers will be notified by email.
Shipping
Orders are shipped from London, United Kingdom, using DHL Express or another trusted courier.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- United Kingdom: 1–2 business days
- Europe: 2–5 business days
- United States & Canada: 3–7 business days
- Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Australia & New Zealand: 3–7 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs clearance or local courier services.
Duties & Taxes
Where available, import duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout.
For destinations where duties and taxes cannot be collected at checkout, YMNM aims to ship orders using Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) whenever possible, so customers are not charged additional import fees upon delivery.
If local regulations prevent DDP shipping for a specific destination, any applicable duties or taxes remain the responsibility of the customer. Should this apply, we will notify you before dispatch.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
YMNM cannot be responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.
